LinXhunter.com is launching as an easy process for buying one-way inbound links to your site that are both relevant and permanent. The service currently has not been released yet but you can sign up to a mailing list on their site to be informed when LinXhunter.com will launch.
The demand for high quality Permanent & Relevant One-Way Links has been absolutely huge recently, despite efforts from Matt Cutts to push out FUD (Fear, Uncertaintly and Doubt) about publishing links on your site.
Linxhunter does separate itself from other link building websites because it appears to:
1. Allow you to buy Permanent One-Way Links that will remain there forever
2. Allow you to buy Permanent One-Way Links that are relevant to your website and within the content of a web page and not buried in a footer or sidebar.
I also like how LinXhunter.com is promising to give full editorial control to publishers. I heard this means that LinXhunter.com will allow blog publishers to put their links within their content in a variety of ways, but also allow them to choose where they put it.
I can see this causing some problems with publishers that put the Permanent One-Way Links on crap pages and in crap positions to try and cheat the system, but this could easily be solved by some automatic checks for relevancy and a quick manual check-over by an admin.
While LinXhunter.com appears to be very focused on relevancy and improving click-through rates (solid traditional advertising factors), the Permanent One-Way Links that it brokers will no doubt seriously improve search rankings for webmasters.
Buying Permanent One-Way Links to improve search engine rankings is frowned upon by Google, but the truth is that buying text links is still a highly effective way to increase your SERPs.
Of course Google doesn’t want to admit this but will throw out Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt as a way to fight it. Personally I see Permanent One-Way Links as just another form of advertising. The power of them to increase SE rankings has increased their value (and by quite a lot) but still, they are just another form of advertising.
Of course the only reason why Google does not like Permanent One-Way Links is because it causes them to make less money. Google is trying to make people feel ethical about this but the truth is Google is quite happy to let a lot unethical things it does as a company to earn more money. Read through this article and you will begin to see why.
