HP offers several printers that are designed for use by a small office or workgroup. One of those printers is the HP Color LaserJet CP3505dn printer using HP Color LaserJet CP3505dn toner. This printer includes a print driver and an alternative driver. The alternative driver allows users to preview prints before they are put on paper. This printer is one of the three printers produced in the CP3505 line by HP. The base model is the CP3505n that has a small paper feed and produces single sided prints. Graphics and color prints sometimes show a small amount of graininess and places where there may be unevenness that is very slight. Most graphics, however, work well with this machine.

Photo prints seem to be good. They would be fine in newsletters or in other handouts. In particular, printing Web pages that include photos should be no problem.

Many users may find that the cost estimator is useful, while others will not find it all that helpful. Laser printers are generally a good tool for printing advertising brochures, but when the number of copies moves to the thousands, you may find a price break at the print shop. In addition, if your copy includes large numbers of photos or a large coverage on the page, you may save money by having the printing done at a shop.

The alternative print view driver that allows for print preview allows the user to see what the prints will look like before printing. This is helpful if you need to adjust settings to get the best possible view of your prints.
